We are the Sillbird Team! Our journey began with two parents, the founders of Sillbird, who are deeply committed to education and filled with hope for their children's futures.

As passionate guardians and devoted pet lovers, we recognized the essential roles that companionship and learning play in a child's development.

Our dream was to create a nurturing environment where education blends seamlessly with play, fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for exploration in every child.

This is the first kit I've had from Sillbird and I must say I'm very impressed with the build quality and instructions.

The flower owl is very imaginative and looks so good when displayed

Part one of the build is focused on making the stand and branch for the owl.

The way its constructed makes it a solid base for the owl to sit on. the branch that the owl sits on is very well constructed and super solid.

Once built the base is decorated with flowers and leaves. giving the display a very natural and organic feel.

Making some of the larger flowers for the owls body are easy to make and look very effective when put in place.

IN CONCLUSION.

For the first Sillbird kit I've reviewed I couldn't have asked for a better one to start with.

The detail and quality are top notch and once finished it takes pride of place on my shelves.

I would recommend this to anyone who has flower brick kits already as this would make a great addition to any collection, or just as a talking piece on any top or shelf.

The inclusion of a thank you card as see in the picture opposite is a really nice touch and shows how much this company appreciates its customers.

I would give this a solid 10/10.

The flowers on the base are easy to fit and stay in place.

The next faze of the build is the owls feet. these are built onto the branch and are a really nice purple colour to match the flower theme.

When the feet are fixed on there is a small stand that the rest of the owl sits on in-between the feet to add more stability to the model but is covered later in flowers so it cant be seen.

As you can see from the above pictures the owls body and wings are solily bit onto each other and look amazing with all the details.

The last parts of the kit are now coming together and its impressive the amount of detail that's gone into this kit.

The kit is quite big as well (over 30cm tall)

the finishing touches when the eyes have been clipped into place is a crown of flowers on top of the owls head.

The main body of the owl is built up in layers which makes it more solid .

Building on the front and the back of the body, laying layers to make it stronger .

When the body is complete we start on the wings.

the wings and the body of the owl continue the floral theme. they really go well together and all the individual flowers adds to the overal natural feel of this kit.

The eyes where a fun part to build and look so impressive.

The parts clip together firmly and are stunning when put togetther with the owl model.
